Amoxicillin hydrate --------------------- 500g
INDICATION
Prevention and treatment of amoxicillin sensitive bacterial disease
· Sensitive bacteria : Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., Pasturella spp., Escherichia coli, Haemophilus spp., Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae
· Swine : Pneumonia and diarrhea caused by E.coli
· Cattle (Not more than 5 months old) : Pneumonia and diarrhea caused by E.coli
· Poultry : Colibacillosis
DOSAGE
Oral administration
Dissolve with drinking water or mix it with the feed:
Administer 1~2 time per day and do not administer 5 days in a row.
· Swine : Administer 6~20mg per kg body weight per day (3~10mg as Amoxicillin)
· Cattle (Not more than 5 months old)
a. Pneumonia : Administer 6~20mg per kg body weight per day (3~10mg as Amoxicillin)
b. Diarrhea : Administer 10~20mg per kg body weight per day (5~10mg as Amoxicillin)
· Poultry : Administer 20~100mg per kg body weight per day (10~50mg as Amoxicillin)
STORAGE and SHELF LIFE
Storage : Store in dry and cool place (1~30℃) and avoid direct sunlight
Shelf life : 24 months from manufacturing date
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
Swine :15 days
Poultry : 15 days
Cattle : 20 days
